| 摘 要： | 现代企业管理强调以事、物为中心，忽视对员工的人文关怀以及员工的价值观、创造力在企业生产经营中的作用。这种忽视“人本”的管理方式，越来越不适应时代的要求，越来越多的企业在反思科学管理缺陷的基础上，开始注重人本管理。探讨人本管理理念与现代企业科学管理方式的结合对中国企业人本管理思想的启示。
