| 摘 要： | 企业必须结合实际情况开展人力资源配置工作。根据企业炼化一体化项目建设的特点，分析人力资源现状和存在的矛盾，探讨以深化企业人事制度改革和薪酬分配制度改革为重点、以优化配置内外部人力资源为主线的人力资源配置模式，以期为炼化一体化项目的实施提供高素质人力资源保障。

| Abstract: | In enterprise, we must arrange human resources combining with practical situation. Based on characteristics of construction of project of integration of refine and chemical, we probed into human resources arrangement mode with deepening reform of personnel system and payment distribution as the key point, taking optimization of arrangement of both internal and external human resources as the main line, hoping to provide insurance of high quality human resources for implementation of project of integration of refine and chemical. |
