摘    要:Ⅳ蒸馏装置常压塔顶空冷器于2010年至2011年间频繁泄漏,文章对该组空冷器的运行、装置加工原料、工艺操作调整和工艺防腐措施的控制等情况进行了介绍,并对空冷器失效案例进行了分析,认为常压塔顶空冷器发生泄漏的主要原因为该系统的低温腐蚀、铵盐垢下腐蚀和空冷器结构原因引起的冲刷腐蚀,另外,注水不足等操作会加重其结垢并导致垢下腐蚀。最后提出了相应的措施和建议。

Abstract:The atmospheric tower overhead air cooler in crude distillation unit leaked frequently in 2010 and 2011.The operating conditions of air cooler groups,the feedstock properties of the unit,the adjustment of the process operation and application of the process anti–corrosion measures are introduced,including study of the failure cases of air coolers.The analysis concludes that the culprits of tower overhead air cooler leakages are low-temperature corrosion of the system,ammonium salt’s under-deposit corrosion,and erosion-corrosion caused by air cooled structure.Besides,the insufficient water injection may exacerbate the formation of fouling and result in under-deposit corrosion.Finally,suggestions and measures are proposed on the basis of the analysis of above unit.
