| 摘 要： | 长期以来,石化企业工会组织建设在组织管理体制、工会组织机构设置、工会干部队伍建设和基层民主建设等方面存在诸多问题,对工会组织作用的发挥造成不利影响。有必要对石化企业工会组织建设中存在的问题进行思考并提出解决问题的对策。

| Abstract: | In union organization construction of petrochemical enterprise, there has been existing problems for a long time, such as straightening out union organization management systems of group and enterprises out of Beijing, set - up of union organization institutions, construction of union cadre team and strengthening democratic construction at root levels. We have thought of problems existing in union organization construction of petrochemical enterprise and presented policy to solve them. |
