循环冷却水系统冷却器腐蚀速率的测定方法

摘    要:测定冷却器管束平均年腐蚀速率的方法有静态挂片质量损失法、旋转挂片质量损失法和动态模拟质量损失法等许多种,但是无论哪种方法都是以一段时间内的管束腐蚀速率数据为基础,从而推算出冷却器管束平均年腐蚀速率。由于钢铁在水中短时间内腐蚀速率较高而后随着时间的推移则逐渐趋于平缓,导致推算出来的平均年腐蚀速率产生较大误差。介绍一种循环冷却水系统钢材平均年腐蚀速率的测定方法,通过几年的现场放置挂片试验,并与实验室内旋转腐蚀测试仪测试结果对比证明,此方法简单可行,适合现场测试。

Abstract:The testing methods for annual average corrosion rates of cooler tubes are static coupon weight loss testing method,rotary coupon weight loss testing method and dynamic coupon simulation weight loss testing methods,etc.All these methods are based upon the corrosion rate of tubes of a period of time to calculate the annual average corrosion rate of cooler tubes.As the iron and steel corrode rapidly in water in the first short period of time and the corrosion then becomes stable afterwards,the deviation of annual average corrosion rates calculated is high.A testing method for corrosion rate of coolers in cooling water system is introduced.Several years’field coupon testing and comparison with the results of internal rotary corrosion test show that this method is simple in application and good for field testing.
