镍基催化剂上2-丙基-2-庚烯醛液相加氢工艺研究

摘    要:以1-丁烯及合成气为初始原料,三苯基膦和羰基铑为催化剂,经氢甲酰化反应、常压精馏精制得到正戊醛;再以NaOH溶液为催化剂,通过正戊醛羟醛缩合反应、减压精馏精制得到含2-丙基-2-庚烯醛(PBA)97.5%(w)的癸烯醛。以Johnson Matthey公司提供的HTC Ni 500RP为催化剂,采用绝热式固定床加氢反应装置,考察了PBA液相加氢工艺过程中原料入口温度、反应压力、液态空速、氢油比(H2与癸烯醛的体积比)和原料组成对加氢反应的影响。实验结果表明,在原料入口温度100℃、反应压力4.0 MPa、液态空速0.42 g/(g.h)、氢油比600的条件下,PBA加氢反应的转化率接近100%,完全加氢产物2-丙基-1-庚醇的选择性可达97%以上;原料组成对加氢反应的影响不大。

Abstract:The liquid phase hydrogenation of 2-propyl-2-heptenal,which was obtained by the aldol condensation of n-valeraldehyde and then vacuum distillation,to 2-propyl-1-heptanol on Ni-based catalyst(HTC Ni 500RP) was studied in an adiabatic fixed-bed reactor.The effects of inlet temperature,LHSV,reaction pressure,V(H2):V(oil) and raw material composition on the hydrogenation reaction were studied.The result showed that under the reaction conditions of inlet temperature 100 ℃,4.0 MPa,LHSV 0.42 g/(g·h) and V(H2):V(oil) 600,the hydrogenation reaction conversion was nearly 100% and the selectivity to the complete hydrogenation product 2-propyl-1-heptanol reached 97%.
