含防聚剂水合物浆液在循环管路中的性能

摘    要:采用高压循环管路对含防聚剂的油-水-气体系形成的水合物浆液的稳定性进行了评价。实验结果表明,随循环时间的延长,含Zjj2防聚剂的水合物浆液的流量逐渐下降至趋于稳定,表观黏度不断增大至趋于基本不变,未出现堵塞管路的现象;生成的水合物以小颗粒形态均匀分散在乳液中,水合物浆液停工前、后的形貌相同,稳定性较好;油-水-气体系中水含量越高,含Zjj2防聚剂的水合物浆液的流量下降程度越显著,表观黏度越大;与分别含Span20和Zjj1防聚剂的水合物浆液相比,含Zjj2防聚剂的水合物浆液的表观黏度最低、流动性最好。

Abstract:The stability of gas hydrate slurry formed in an oil-gas-water system with anti-agglomerating agents was evaluated in a high-pressure cycle flow system.The results showed that in the cycling process,flow rate of the gas hydrate slurry with Zjj2 anti-agglomerating agent gradually declined and then tended toward stabilization,and its apparent viscosity first increased and then unchanged,without blocking the pipe.Small particles of the gas hydrate evenly distributed in the slurry,and the slurry shape kept the same before and after the system was powered off,which indicated that stability of the gas hydrate slurry was good.The more the water content in the oil-gas-water system with Zjj2 anti-agglomerating agent,the higher both the flow rate decreasing range and the apparent viscosity of the gas hydrate slurry.The apparent viscosity and the fluidity of the gas hydrate slurry with Zjj2 anti-agglomerating agent were lower and better than those with Span 20 anti-agglomerating agent.
