中国新型米酒产品的研究与开发现状

摘    要:米酒是我国古代劳动人民的伟大创造,是我国传统文化的重要组成部分。米酒产品家喻户晓、老少皆宜。但随着社会发展,米酒正在不断被边缘化,研究和开发新型米酒产品,振兴米酒产业已成为很多有识之士的重要使命。到目前为止,研究者们已研究和开发了许多新型米酒产品,对这些米酒进行总结和分类,将有利于我们了解现状,调整研究方向和重点,有利于我国米酒产业的振兴。

Abstract:Rice wine is ancient China's great creation, is China's traditional culture important component. Rice wine products known to young and old ages. But with social development, rice wine is constantly being marginalized, research and development of new rice products, revitalization of rice wine industry has a lot of insight into the important mission. So far, researchers have studied and developed many new products, rice wine, rice wine to summarize and classification will help us to understand the situation, adjust the direction and focus of research will be helpful to China's rice industry revitalization.
