摘    要:本文研究了1Cr18Ni9Ti在H_3PO_4—H_2SO_4—CrO_3体系中的电化学抛光。探讨抛光液组分的作用、筛选抛光工艺条件、讨论抛光机理,并对比测定了抛光膜的光洁度和耐蚀性。试验表明,采用本文推荐的抛光工艺可得到光洁度高、平整性好、又具有较高耐蚀性的光泽表面。

Abstract:The electrochemical polishing of lCr18Ni9Ti in the system of H3PO4-H2SO4-CrO3 is investigated. The functions of all camponents in polishing solution are studied. The technological canditions of polishing process is sieved. The mechanism of polishing is discussed. Then the surface roughness and corrosion resistance of electrochemical polished and mechanical polished samples are measured. The tests show that the lustrous surface which has high finish, good smoothness and better corrosion resistance can be obtained through the polishing process recommended by this paper.
