全球经济环境下酿酒企业的知识产权管理初探

中国加入WTO，知识产权纳入世界贸易组织的管辖范辖，知识产权的保护显得非常重要。但是，酿酒企业在知识产权工作中存在着知识产权意识淡薄，缺乏知识产权知识与管理人才，不能用知识产权法来保护自己的合法权益，吃了很多亏。所以，酿酒企业要重视知识产权的管理，健全知识产权管理的机构，并制定战略规划，加强保密工作，发挥好知识产权的作用。

Discussion on Intellectual Property Management in Liquor-making Enterprises Under Global Economic Environments

The intellectual property management is the domain of World Trade Organization after China's entry to WTO,which makes the protection of intellectual property more important.However,in liquor-making industry,the enterprises are deficient of relative knowledge and qualified managers and unaware of the significance of intellectual property.Thus,the enterprises are unable to protect their legal benefits and suffer unfair treatment in this field.Accordingly,the enterprises should highly value the management of the in-tellectual property,establish sound management organizations,set down relative strategic plans,reinforce security of production tech-niques and make full use of the functions of intellectual property.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
