多官能度光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚物合成工艺探讨

摘    要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚三元醇、三羟基丙烷二丙烯酸酯(TMPDA)为原料,采用两种合成工艺制备六官能聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚物。考察了两种合成工艺对预聚物分子量、分子量分布、黏度,及固化膜玻璃化温度、硬度等膜性能方面的影响。实验结果表明,采用预封端工艺制得的六官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯具有相对较低的分子量及分子量分布,较低的黏度,较高的光固化活性,硬度较高,综合性能优于后封端工艺。

Abstract:A six functional UV-curable polyurethane acrylate pre-polymer was synthesized by two different routes using isophorone diisoeyanate (IPDI),poly(propylene oxide)triols and trihydroxy propane diacrylate(TMPDA).The Droperties of two resins from different synthesis routes were compared from molecular weight,molecular weight distribution,viscosity and their film properties such as hardness,Tg and so on.The results showed pre-process capped six functional groups polyurethane acrylate had lower molecular weight,lower viscosity,higher curing activity and higher hardness,the performance of the pre-process capped resin was better.
