摘    要:以马尾松木质素为原料,以马来酸为催化剂,制备改性木质素基染料分散剂(MLS),并通过正交单因素实验,对反应条件进行优化。实验结果表明,在磺化剂的用量为11%、甲醛用量为3.7%、20%硫酸用量为9%、马来酸用量为0.65%、羟甲基化时间为40min、羟甲基化温度为103℃、磺化时间为120min的条件下,分散等级4.7。

Abstract:Modified lignin-based dye dispersant (MLS) was prepared using ligin as raw material and maleic acid as catalyst. The preparation conditions were optimized by orthogonal and signal-factor experiments. And the results concluded that the optimum conditions were 11% of sulfonating agent, 3.7% of formaldehyde, 9% of 20% sulfuric acid, 0.65% of maleic acid, 40 min of hydroxyl methylation time, 103°C of hydroxyl methylation temperature, and 120 min of sulfonated time. Under the optimal conditions, the dispersion level of the lignin-based dye dispersant could reach 4.7.
