竹材剩余物纳米纤维素晶体的制备及性能表征

摘    要:以竹材加工剩余物为原材料,通过硫酸酸解法成功制备了竹纳米纤维素晶体(竹CNC),考察酸解时间对竹CNC产率、形态及稳定性的影响。透射电镜(TEM)观察表明,竹CNC为刚性棒状结构,长度为160nm左右,直径为5-15nm;Zeta电位测试结果表明,竹CNC悬浮液具有较好的储存稳定性。随着酸解时间的延长,竹CNC产率出现先上升后下降的变化,酸解时间为60min时竹CNC产率最大,为34.4%。采用Simha理论,采用乌氏黏度计测定竹CNC悬浮液的特性黏数,估算了竹CNC的长径比为20左右,所得结果与TEM观察结果基本一致。

Abstract:The Bamboo cellulose nano-crystal (Bamboo CNC) was prepared by sulfuric acid hydrolysis Bamboo cellulose. The influence of acid hydrolysis time on yield, morphology, Zeta potential, particle size and aspect ratio were investigated. Transmission electron microscopy image showed CNC was rod-like structures, which were about 160 nm in length and 5-15 nm in diameter. Zeta potential results suggested CNC suspensions had good storage stability. Moreover, the CNC yield from acid hydrolysis was first increased and then decreased with the increasing acid hydrolysis time. The maximum CNC yield was 34.4% at 60 min of acid hydrolysis time. Based on Simha's theory, the aspect ratios of CNC, which were calculated by intrinsic viscosity, were about 20. The estimated aspect ratios were consistent with the results of TEM observation.
