基于PLC的电排站闸位监控系统的设计

摘    要:针对当前较多闸门控制系统不能达到实时监控目的情况,提出了闸门自动控制系统组网方案,并使用组态软件WINCC编制了监控画面,实现了对电排站闸门的自动控制.计算机监控和PLC控制成为电排站闸位控制系统的重要组成部分,系统对电排站主机、液位,流量等的运行情况进行监控.在电排站水位控制中,采用模糊控制对闸门水位进控制.实践证明本系统操作方便,性能稳定,较高的自动化控制效果.

Abstract:Given the fact that most of the current gate ring,this paper proposes a solution of automatic gate control system networking, in which configuration software WINCC provides the monitor screen ,hence an automatic gate control in pump stations. Computer monitoring and PLC control makes up important parts of the system which supervises the main engine, wa- ter level,flow and other operating conditions in a pump station. Moreover, the water level at the gate is brought under fuzzy control in the system. Experiment has proved that the system is easy in operation, sta- ble in performance, and effective in automation and control.
