日前节能发电调度计划与实时控制的协调方式

摘    要:为解决发电计划制定与实时控制之间以计划为主的协调方式带来的复杂性问题,首先,依据节能发电调度的基本目标、准则及相关约束,对日前和实时发电计划进行了建模。在此基础上,提出了4种日前节能发电调度计划与实时控制的协调方式,并从节能降耗目标的实现、系统安全水平的影响、调度技术水平的需求等方面对4种模式进行了分析。然后,从时间尺度和目标维度出发,定性地阐述了4种协调方式在制定发电计划过程中的异同。最后,采用10机24时段系统算例,以负荷预测偏差为切入点,对4种方式的节能降耗效果进行了定量计算。

Abstract:To solve the complex problem brought by coordination mode between the programming of generation schedule and real-time control,a day-ahead and real-time generation schedule model is developed first based on the basic objectives,guidelines and related constraints for energy-saving generation dispatching.On this basis,four coordination models for day-ahead generation schedule considering energy saving and real-time control are proposed.The four modes are also analyzed with regard to the goal achieving of energy saving,the influence on system security,the demand on scheduling technology,and other aspects.Then,proceeding from the time scale and target dimension,the similarities and differences of four coordination models in the process of generation schedule development are qualitatively explained.Finally,a 10-unit 24-hour system is used as an example for quantitative calculation of the energy saving effect of four coordination models with the load forecast deviation as the starting point.
