| 摘 要： | 随着我国全民体育运动的逐步开展,预防运动伤害越来越受到人们的关注。内翻导致的脚踝扭伤是最常见的运动伤害之一。本文分析了足内翻的原因、总结出了高帮鞋的设计要素,为改善可预防足内翻的运动鞋的结构设计提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | With the popularization of national sports in China,injury prevention in sports is thoroughly aroused.The ankle sprain caused by foot inversion is one of the most common sports injuries.The causes of foot inversion were analyzed,and the key points of high-top shoes’ design were summarized in the paper in order to provide references for further structural design of the sports shoes which may prevent ankle inversion. |
