摘    要:建立了双毛细管进样-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定皮革中微量锑的方法,利用微型多功能进样技术详细研究了氢化物发生对锑火焰原子吸收光谱法测定的各种影响因素,包括仪器工作条件、硼氢化钠溶液的浓度、酸度及共存离子的干扰等因素.在试验选定的最佳条件下,皮革样品加标回收率为97.8%~103.0%,方法检测限为0.001μg/mL,相对标准偏差小于3.3%.用于测定皮革中微量锑,结果令人满意.

Abstract:In this paper,atomic absorption spectrometry with micro-multi-function sample introduction is studied to determine trace Sb in leather.Micro-multi-function sample introduction was introduced to evaluate the interference of hydride gengeration to the detection by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The influences of Instrument operating conditions,concentration of NaBH4,acidity and interference of coexisting ion were tested.It can be used in the determination of trace amounts of Sb in leather,the recoveries are in the range of 97.8%~103.0%,and the check limit is 0.001 μg/mL,with relative standard deviation(RSD) below 3.3%.The method can quickly detect the trace Sb in leather with satisfactory results.
