基于新形势下高校皮革专业方向人才培养模式的思考

我国高等教育现处于大众化阶段,教学资源较为紧缺,且轻化工程皮革专业方向所面临的行业形势较为严峻,高校轻化工程专业方向传统的人才培养模式面临挑战.通过对皮革行业环境进行深入剖析,提出了专业方向人才培养的新方案.只有稳健进行课程体系改革、变更人才培养模式及建立毕业生与母校间的互访机制,促使高校人才培养体系稳步更新、逐步完善,学生的自学能力、创新能力及工程实践能力才能够显著提升,学生的竞争力才能增强,高校与皮革行业才能共同壮大.

Thinking about the Talent Cultivation Modes of Leather Professional Orientation of Institution of Higher Education under New Circumstances

The higher education of my country was in a popular stage,the teaching resource was poor,and the industry situation what the Light Chemical Engineering’s leather professional orientation got in had a little grim,so leather professional orientation’s talent cultivation of higher educational institution faced many challenges.The industry institution what the leather professional orientation faced had been analyzed in this paper,and a new plan of professional orientation’s talent cultivation was put forward.If only the curriculum system was to be innovated and the talent cultivation modes be reformed appropriately,and the system of reciprocal visits between graduate and alma mater was also established,the talent cultivation system was updated to get perfect gradually,the self-learning ability,innovative capacity and engineering practice ability of students could be promoted remarkably,the leather industry and Institution of Higher Education could be to get stronger together.
