| 摘 要： | 针对我国大型工矿企业，特别是高危行业企业因技术原因引发的事故导致巨大经济损失这一现状，提出通过建立安全监控体系、搞好危险源和隐患的辨识、建立突发事故应急预案和救援系统、建立职业安全卫生管理信息系统等几项工作，这类事故的发生频度和强度是可以降至最低的。
