Cause analysis of lack of vigor in high and new technology industry park

Considering the drawbacks existing in many high and new technology industry parks,from both the macro and micro perspectives,this paper discusses the existing problems concerning planning and landscape environment respectively and points out their causes,so as to improve the situation of high and new technology industry parks,create a brand new comfortable environment and revitalize the industry parks vigor.
