基于最佳风煤比修正的燃烧优化控制

摘    要:针对煤粉炉及燃用混煤的锅炉中,燃烧率变化易造成燃烧不稳定及参数波动大、锅炉效率降低等问题,通过分析燃烧特性曲线,把O2和CO信号引入到燃烧优化控制系统当中,从而用O2和CO信号来修正过量空气系数,作为反映燃烧率与燃烧状态的参数。应用修正的过量空气系数,提出基于最佳风煤比的在线识别燃烧优化控制系统。

Abstract:In boiler burning pulverized coal and mixture coal, combustion rate was often changed and easily resulting instability of burning and fluctuating of boiler's parameters, and then the boiler efficiency reducing. Through analyzing the Curves of combustion characteristic, introduce O_2 and CO signal to the optimum combustion system. Thus revise excessive air coefficient with O_2 and CO signal, make it in order to reflect the burning rate and parameter of burning the state. This text applied the amendatory exceed air coefficient and propose an optimum online combustion system that based on the best ratio of coal-air.
