| 摘 要： | 高等职业技术教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分，在发展壮大过程中以其鲜明的培养特色赢得用人单位的好评，在社会经济发展中发挥着举足轻重的作用，但高职的发展并不是一帆风顺的，它也面临着许多的问题，这些问题给高职的发展带了不利的影响，本就高职发展面临的问题提出了解决的对策及有关建议。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational and technical education is an important part in our higher education. It has receivedhigh opinion from companies and organizations with its distinctive training characteristics during its develop-ment and strengthening, and it plays a decisive role in social and economic development. But its development isnot always smooth. It is faced with many problems, which has and will bring disadvantages to the developmentof higher vocational education. The article puts forward solution, countermeasures and suggestions to the actualproblems high vocational education faced with. |
