雾化喷射角度对热轧钢板冷却影响的模拟分析

摘    要:利用有限元耦合场数值模拟计算方法对热轧钢板雾化冷却进行模拟,在固定喷嘴到热轧钢板距离H的情况下,得出喷嘴喷射角度对热轧钢板雾化冷却的影响,并对在有重力作用下的雾化冷却影响进行了分析研究.

Abstract:Spray cooling of hot rolled plate was simulated by means of Finite Element Coupling numerical simulation.In the condition of fix distance(H) between jet and hot rolled plate,the effects of jet angle on the temperature of hot rolled plate were ascertained.In addition,the effect of gravity on spray cooling was also analyzed.
