| Abstract: | Enterprise cohesiveness is a kind of spiritual strength of enterprise, and a kind of personality strength of enterprise leadership. It stimulates and leads employees to give play to their enthusiasm, initiative and creativity for the common perspective of enterprise. Enterprise cohesiveness and employee enthusiasm supplement each other and promote each other. In order to realize their good interaction, enterprise must mold the images of enterprise operator,staff troop and the whole enterprise. |
