| 摘 要： | 负荷管理功能是LTE的E-UTRAN系统中RRM的一个重要组成部分。通过分析LTE系统中eNB负荷过载的场景,引出负荷管理功能的必要性,并进一步分析了负荷参量表示及负荷管理功能的主要处理内容,对于移动通信系统负荷管理功能及其他RRM功能的设计、实现具有很强的指导意义。
