基于ADMCF340的永磁无刷直流电机控制系统设计

摘    要:随着直流无刷电机应用领域的不断扩大,对控制系统的稳定性和实时性提出了更高的要求。以DSP芯片AD-MCF340为控制核心,设计了永磁无刷直流电机的控制系统,并给出了部分硬件电路图和控制软件流程图。该系统利用DSP芯片的快速运算功能和面向电机控制的专用外围设备,实现了电流、速度的全数字双闭环控制。研究结果表明,该系统稳定可靠,实时性良好,为永磁无刷直流电机的广泛应用提供了一定的理论参考依据和工程实际方法。
