| 摘 要： | 以D-葡萄糖、D-甘露糖、α-乳糖、溴等为原料合成了3种糖的溴代衍生物,研究了溴代糖合成反应的条件。结果表明:低温加料,溴代乙酰葡萄糖、溴代乙酰乳糖反应温度控制在30～40℃,溴代乙酰甘露糖反应温度控制在35～42℃;并通过熔点测定、~1H NMR等手段确认了糖的衍生物的结构。

| Abstract: | Three kinds of bromoacetylsaceharides were synthesized from D-glucose,D-mannose,α-lac- tose and bromine as raw materials.The optimum conditions were found as follows:adding the raw materials at low temperatures,the reaction temperature for the syntheses of bromoacetylglucose and bromoacetyllactose 30-40℃,and the reaction temperature for the syntheses of bromoacetylmannose 35-42℃.The structures of the bromoacetylsacchrides were confirmed by elemental analysis, ~1H NMR,etc. |
