摩擦焊接及形变热处理技术在外加厚油管修复中的应用

摘    要:通过对外加厚油管的修复工艺展开分析,设计了摩擦焊接及形变热处理为关键技术的修复工艺,并且选择了系列修复设备和辅助设施。在此基础上以73.02 mm×5.5 mm规格油管为样品进行工程试验,检测了接头的微观组织和力学性能。结果表明,在一定的摩擦焊接参数条件下,73.02 mm×5.5 mm规格油管焊缝性能可达到API SPEC 5CT规定的力学性能要求。通过工程试验,认为该技术在油管修复上的应用是可行的,并且可以成为外加厚油管生产的一种新方法。

Abstract:In this article, the analysis on the repair technology of the external upset tubing was carried out,the key technology repair process of friction welding and thermal-mechanical treatment was designed, and chose a series of repair equipment and auxiliary facilities. On this basis, taking 73.02 mm×5.5 mm tubing as engineering test samples, the microstructure and mechanical properties of joint were detected. The results showed that the performance of tubing with size of 73.02 mm×5.5 mm can reach the mechanical performance requirements specified in API SPEC 5CT, under certain conditions of friction welding parameters. Through the engineering test, it considered that the technology application in tubing repair is feasible, and can become a new method for external upset tubing production.
