羊绒针织物的新型纳米抗菌整理工艺

摘    要:介绍了银杏提取物(EGb)复合纳米银溶胶抗菌剂的性能和纳米抗菌羊绒针织物的生产工艺流程,并对经抗菌整理羊绒制品的抑菌性能、皮肤刺激性进行了深入研究。实验表明,经纳米抗菌整理的羊绒针织物,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌具有很高的抑制作用,并对皮肤无毒无刺激,在保持羊绒织物手感滑糯、光泽柔和的同时,满足安全、卫生、保健的功能要求。

Abstract:In this paper,it introduced the function of EGb/nano silver sol compound antibacterial agent and nanomerter antibacterial finishing process of cashmere knit wear in detail.Then the antibacterial properties and skin irritation were in depth studied.Experiments showed that after nanometer antibacterial finishing,the cashmere knitwear have high inhibition to colibacillus,staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans with no stimulation to the skin.It will keep the slippery hand feeling and soft gloss of cashmere,...
