摘    要:针对液压支架立柱及千斤顶在井下使用过程中出现的端口及螺纹锈蚀问题,详细分析了螺纹导向套的结构,给出了锈蚀的主要原因,通过对导向套密封结构的优化设计,很好地解决了端口及螺纹锈蚀问题。延长了立柱及千斤顶的使用周期,缩短了维修周期,提高了采煤工作面的稳定性,增加了经济效益。

Abstract:For hydraulic support column and jack in the underground occurred during the use of the port and the thread corrosion problems,a detailed analysis of the structure-oriented units are given the main reason for corrosion.Through the static seal structure-oriented set of the optimal design of a good solution to the port and the thread of the corrosion problem,and the jack extended column life cycle,shortening the maintenance cycle and improve the stability of the coal face,increasing the economy efficiency.
