摘    要:提出了磨料流加工磨料流动新的边界条件假设,并用简易实验验证了这种假设,根据能量守恒定律,推导出磨料在圆管边壁处的速度表达式,结论可为定量分析磨料流加工提供理论依据。

Abstract:A new assumption of boundary conditions of abrasive flow in abrasive flow machining is presented in this paper.The new assumption is verified by a simple experiment.Based on the law of energy conservation,the velocity expression of the abrasive flowing along the wall of the round pipe is derived.The conclusions obtained can be used to provide the theoretical basis of quantitative analysis of abrasive flow machining.
