摘    要:快速原型与制造技术的主要特点是:不需要任何模具,不用进行机械加工;而是依靠CAD提供的三维数据,采用分层制作的方法,在很短时间内(甚至几个小时)制作出所需实体模样。本文介绍了4种工业发达厂家已进入商业应用阶段的快速原型与整体石墨电极电火花加工制造技术,该技术当前国内外动态和应用实例。

Abstract:The main feature of the technology of rarid prototyre and manufacturing as follaws: It need not ang molds and machining,But derends on the three -dimension datas provided by CAD and adopts the method of gradatinnal manufacturing to produce the needed read models within the comraratively shorter time (even several hears). The article introduces four kinds of rapid prototyte technology coming into the commercial applying stage in industrial developing countries, and also the technology of electric spark machining with the wohole graphite electrode. The ppesent developments of these technologies at home and afroael and some applying examples are goven.
