异步电动机的节能控制

摘    要:针对当今三相异步电动机浪费相对严重的实际情况,从节能角度详尽的分析了其节能的原理.介绍一种以单片机为控制装置,通过晶闸管调压来调节功率因数的大小,进而实现电动机节能目的.且通过实验表明,该装置对经常处于轻载和变负载情况下的电动机,有较好的节能效果.

Abstract:Aiming to the power waste conditions of three-phase asynchronous motors nowadays,this paper analyzes the principle of energy-saving in view of energy- cons-erving.It has recommended one of energy saving ap- paratus that uses single chip processor as the control de- vice to regulate the power factor through controlling the SCR to adjust the voltage,and then,realize the energy- conserving purpose of the motor.This device has shown better energy-conserving results for the motors under the light load and changed load situations through experiment.
