摘    要:文章介绍了750kV变电站综合自动化系统的设计原则,研究了750kV变电站综合自动化系统的技术问题,并针对750kV电网和保护在短路、各种工况下的特点,提出并采取了具体的方法和对策,包括750kV变压器保护技术、线路保护装置技术和计算机监控系统技术等,使750kV的监控、保护功能配置、技术性能和技术指标均满足《西北750kV输变电示范工程》技术协议的要求。兰州东750kV示范工程投入运行,可为国家电网公司百万伏电压等级工程提供借鉴作用。

Abstract:As the first commissioned highest voltage level pilot project in China, East Lanzhou Substation is also a pilot project which applies home-made micro-cornputer based protection and hierarchical distributed integrated automation system in 750 kV grade. The paper introduced the design principle of integrated automation system of this substation, studied the technical issues of integated automation system in 750 kV grade, aiming at the characteristics of 750 kV grids and protection systems working under short circuit and all other conditions, it put forward concrete methods and countermeasures to make 750 kV SCADA and protection systems' configuration, performances and indices meet the requirements of technical specification "750 kV Transmission Pilot Project of North-West Grid", which include 750 kV transformer protection technology, line protection device technology and computer monitoring system technology, etc. Commissioning of the pilot project East Lanzhou Substation also provided valuable referential experiences for State Grid 1 000 kV projects.
