烧结炉快速升温无超调控制系统的设计

摘    要:针对烧结炉升温控制存在快速升温和超调量大的矛盾,提出基于三阶系统数字仿真求得最佳闭环传递函数,与实际烧结炉升温闭环系统比较来确定最佳PID控制规律和状态反馈参数,由此设计的烧结炉升温系统,实现了快速升温无超调控制.

Abstract:In view of the contradiction between quick temperature rise and overshoot in the process of sinter furnace heating, this paper presents how to get the optimal closed loop transfer function based on the digital simulation of a third-order system. By comparing it with an actual sinter furnace closed loop system for quick heating, the optimal PID control law and state feedback parameter are determined. Such a quick heating system makes it possible to accelerate heating without overshoot control.
