光敏剂对聚乙烯热氧降解的流变性能影响

摘    要:采用熔融密炼法制备分别添加5种光敏剂的线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)体系,通过旋转流变测试研究不同光敏剂对LLDPE热氧降解的流变性能影响。结果表明,光敏剂中金属阳离子的价态对LLDPE热氧降解的流变性能影响不大,阴离子的种类对LLDPE热氧降解的流变性能有明显影响;NiDBC既是光稳定剂又是热氧降解稳定剂。

Abstract:Various linear low-dens FeDBC and NiDBC were prepared ical property of thermo-oxidative d by polyethylene resins (LLDPE) containing CeSt4, CeSt3, FeSt3, melt mixing. The effects of the photosensitizers on the rheolog- egradation of LLDPE in polyethylene were investigated by rotating rheometry. The results show that the valence of metal cations in the photosensitizer has no effect on the rheological property of the thermo-oxidative degradation of LLDPE in polyethylene, but anions have a significant effect on the rheological property of the thermo-oxidative degradation of LLDPE in polyethylene, that the NiDBC is a light stabilizer as well as a thermo-oxidative degradation stabilizer.
