污泥基活性炭的制备及其性能分析

摘    要:以福州市大学城污水处理厂污泥为主要原料,采用氯化锌活化一管式炉热解法制备污泥基活性炭。结果表明,氯化锌化学活化一管式炉热解法制备污泥活性炭的最佳工艺参数为:以亚甲基蓝吸附值和得率作为控制指标,综合考虑所得最佳水平组合为活化剂浓度为3mol/L、热解温度为550℃、热解时间为2h、液固比为1.5:1,所得活性炭的亚甲基蓝吸附值为41.9mg/g,得率为48.9%。并在此基础上,表征、分析了污泥、污泥活性炭和商品活性炭的微观形貌、比表面积、浸出重金属含量。

Abstract:Sludge-substrate activated charcoals were prepared by ZnC12 activation-tubular furnace pyrolysis using the sludge from a sludge treatment plant at Fuzhou university district. The optimal parameters of preparing sludge-substrate activated charcoal via the ZnC12 activation-tubular furnace pyrolysis process were obtained. The optimal combination was 3 mol/L of ZnC12, a pyrolysis temper- ature of 550 ℃ maintained at 2 h, and a liquid-solid ratio of 1.5: 1. The peak methylene blue ad- sorption of sludge-substrate activated charcoal was 41.9 mg/g with a yield of 48.9%. The micro- scopic morphology, specific surface area and the content of leached heavy metals of the sludge-sub- strate activated charcoals were characterized and analysed.
