| 摘 要： | 在当前中国的市场经济环境下，开发《企业信用管理与评估系统》能够对企业的一个共性问题——信用风险和拖欠帐款的解决，起着良好的推动作用。该系统以信用管理的原理和机制为背景；以数据库的开发为主要实现手段；以特征模型的分析和信用评分的计算为核心；真正体现了计算机技术在管理学科中的应用。

| Abstract: | Under the circumstances of marketing economy, the problem of credit-risk and debt in enterprises in common can be solved well by developing the system of Credit Management and Assessment for Enterprises..The system follows up the theory of credit-management.It reflects the application of computer science in management by means of building up the database,analysing the character-mode and calculating the credit-score. |
