摘    要:通过建立正确的动力学坐标系,以方向余弦矩阵为工具,成功地解决了三叉杆式联轴器中输出的受力问题;推导出在理想状态下,此类型联轴器输出轴的受力情况,及影响其动力性能的各种因素。给出了此类型联轴器最佳的适用角度范围。

Abstract:By choosing some right kinetic coordinates and using the direction cosine matrices as the major mathematical tools, the kinetic problems of the output shaft about the tripod universal joint are resolved successfully. The factors of influencing the kinetic property are reduced. The confines of the optimal applied angle are suggested.
