摘    要:以革屑为原料 ,在弱碱性条件下提取明胶 ,通过正交试验确定最佳参数。结果表明 :温度是影响水解反应的最主要因素 ,其它因素的影响不大 ,酶的影响最小。产物的得率随着温度的升高而升高 ,质量却随着温度的升高而下降

Abstract:Gelatin is isolated from chromium-contain leather waste under mild alkaline conditions. The orthogonality design experiment was carried out, and optimum process parameters were presented. The result shown that the effect of reaction temperature on the quality and yield of hydrolyzed protein products is the largest, and the effect of enzyme is the least, other parameters effect is little. The yield of product increases, with reaction temperature increasing, but the quality of products decreases.
