基于效费比理论的绿色建筑方案比选研究

为了对绿色建筑方案进行比选，构建了基于效费比理论的绿色建筑方案比选方法。界定了绿色建筑增量成本和增量效益的内涵和范围，建立了绿色建筑增量成本和增量效益的量化模型。在此基础上构建了绿色建筑效费比评价指标，总结了基于效费比理论的绿色建筑方案比选方法，并进行了实证分析。结果表明，此方法不仅可以有效地判断备选方案的可行性，而且可以科学地选出最优方案，为绿色建筑项目的投资决策和方案比选提供科学有效的参考依据

Study on the Selection of Green Building Schemes Based onEfficiency-cost Ratio Theory

To compare and select green building schemes，a selection method based on efficiency-cost ratio theory is proposed.First，the connotation and scope of incremental cost and incremental benefit of green building are defined，and a quantitative modelregarding increment cost and incremental benefit of green building is established. Second，this paper develops an evaluation index forefficiency-cost ratio of green building，and summarizes methods for green building selection based on efficiency-cost ratio theory.Finally，empirical analysis is conducted based on the aforementioned methods. The results show that this method can effectivelyevaluate the feasibility of alternative schemes，and identify the optimal plan in a scientific approach，which provides a scientific andeffective reference for the investment decision and scheme selection for green building projects.
