基于磨细石灰石粉的混凝土试验研究

摘    要:本文采用正交试验,研究了磨细石灰石粉等量取代水泥对C30~C50混凝土用水量和抗压强度的影响。结果表明:在控制混凝土工作性能不变的前提下,在C30~C50的强度范围内磨细石灰石粉在10%掺量时等量取代水泥,能使混凝土单方用水量降低3~5kg,同时对混凝土抗压强度影响较小;掺入10%的磨细石灰石粉,C30~C50混凝土单方成本可降低15~23元,具有较大的经济效益。

Abstract:Orthogonal test was used to study the effect of ground limestone on water consumption and compressive strength of C30~C50 concrete. The results show that under the premise of controlling the working performance of concrete, the ground limestone in the strength range of C30~C50 to replace cement in 10%, which can reduce the water consumption of concrete by 3~5 kg and the concrete compressive strength has little influence. The cost of C30~C50 concrete can be reduced by 15~23 yuan by adding 10% ground limestone
