基于 COWA-G1 组合赋权的装配式混凝土建筑建造质量模糊综合评价

为了科学评价装配式混凝土建筑建造质量，提高相关单位的质量管理水平，以适应装配式建筑大规模建设的需求，提出了一种基于 COWA-G1 组合赋权的模糊综合评价模型。运用 Vague 集理论对关键指标进行筛选，从而构建出全面系统的装配式混凝土建筑建造质量评价体系，针对不同层级指标的内涵及特征采用 COWA 算子和 G1 法对其分别赋权，采用多级模糊综合评价方法对建造全过程各阶段质量状况进行综合评价。并结合青岛市万达小学建设项目进行实例分析，验证了综合评价模型的科学性和可行性，为我国装配式混凝土建筑建造质量的评价提供了一种新的思路

Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation on the Construction Quality of PrefabricatedConcrete Buildings Based on Combination Weighting Method of COWA-G1

In order to scientifically evaluate the construction quality of prefabricated concrete buildings, improve the qualitymanagement of related units, and meet the needs of large-scale construction of fabricated buildings，a fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation model based on COWA - G1 combination weighting is proposed. Vague set theory is used to identify key indicators, so asto build a comprehensive and systematic evaluation system for measuring the construction quality of prefabricated concretebuildings. COWA operator and G1 method are used to weight the indicators at different levels according to their connotation andcharacteristics, and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate the quality conditions atvarious stages of the construction process. Based on the construction project of Qingdao Wanda Primary School, the scientific andfeasibility of the comprehensive evaluation model is verified, which provides a new idea for the evaluation of the construction qualityof fabricated concrete buildings in China.
