| 摘 要： | 为科学合理地对海绵城市建设绩效进行评价，针对海绵城市建设的现状，构建 6 项一级指标和 22 项二级指标的海绵城市绩效评价指标体系，利用层次分析法对指标进行赋权，运用区间直觉模糊理论与 IIFWA 集成算子，将层次分析法与IIFWA 集成算子有机组合，对海绵试点城市的绩效水平进行评价，并通过案例分析证实了该方法的合理性和有效性。

| Abstract: | In order to evaluate the construction performance of sponge city scientifically and reasonably，this study developed atwo-level index system for evaluating city sponge performance based on the present construction situation of sponge city. The firstlevel included 6 indexes and the second included 22 indexes. The weight of all indexes was determined by using AHP method，whichcombined interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy with IIFWA integration operator to evaluate the performance level of sponge pilot city.A case study was conducted to test the rationality and availability of the method. |
