装配式混凝土建筑发展的策略选择

当前我国逐步推广和普及装配式建筑，越来越多的龙头开发企业参与到装配式建筑的研究和项目开发中。简要总结外部环境对发展建筑工业化的推动作用，重点以技术—产业发展理论从内因分析建筑产业技术革新对建筑工业化的推动，以目前我国处于建筑工业化发展初步阶段，开发装配式混凝土建筑为例，以政府和开发商作为两大参与主体，采用动态博弈的方法，探讨双方各自采取何种策略达到帕累托最优。考虑当前不同预制率下的成本，探讨开发商之间对于不同预制率的策略选择。

Strategies for Prefabricated Concrete Building Development

Nowadays，more and more leading enterprises are participating in the research and development of prefabricatedbuildings. This paper briefly summarizes the role of the external environment in promoting the development of constructionindustrialization. The focus is on the analysis of the internal causes of technological innovation in the construction industry based onindustrial development theory. Then, using the development of prefabricated concrete buildings as an example and taking thegovernment and developers as the two main participants, this paper discusses the strategies adopted by the two sides respectively toreach Pareto optimality by using the method of dynamic game. Considering the current cost underlying different prefabrication rates,this paper discusses the strategic choices among developers for different prefabrication rates.
