基于层次分析—可拓学的绿色建筑节能技术经济评价

摘    要:为促进节能技术在绿色建筑中的应用,从 5 个方面细分 18 项对节能技术进行分析,选择增量投资回收期和增量成本与增量效益比作为经济评价指标,构建经济评价指标体系,利用层次分析法和可拓学理论,建立绿色建筑节能技术经济评价模型。采用层次分析法确定评价指标的权重,运用可拓评价确定评价指标的经典域、节域和待评价物元,构建关联函数,对每个指标层次进行多级可拓评价,客观全面地得出了绿色建筑节能技术经济评价标识星级。并在案例中验证了该模型的可行性和实用性。

Abstract:In order to promote the application of energy-saving technologies in green buildings, this paper analyzes energy-savingtechnologies from five aspects, which include 18 energy-saving technologies. This paper selects the incremental investment recoveryperiod, the incremental costs, and the incremental benefits ratio as the economic evaluation indexes. An economic evaluation indexsystem is established. A green building energy-saving technology economic evaluation model is developed based on AHP andextension theory, in which the weights of evaluation index are calculated using the AHP. The classical domains, joint domains andevaluation object matter-elements are determined based on the extension evaluation, and the correlation function is built as well. Thisstudy evaluates each index level utilizing multilevel extension assessment to obtain the level of the green building energy-savingtechnology economic evaluation. Finally, this paper verifies the feasibility and practicability of the model based on a real case.
