| 摘 要： | 选用尼龙6（PA6）／聚磷酸铵（APP）／三聚氰胺（MEL）制成膨胀型阻燃剂，讨论了阻燃剂各组分对聚丙烯力学性能的影响；并对制得的阻燃聚丙烯进行了热重分析（GTA）和氧指数等其他阻燃性能的测试，最终获得具有一定阻燃性能、力学性能良好的膨胀型阻燃聚丙烯材料的配方。

| Abstract: | PA6/APP/MEL as intumescent flame retardants are selected. The effects of the anti-burns system on the mechanics performance of polypropylene are investigated. The gravitational thermal analysis and LOI and other flame retardant performance tests of the sample are processed. Finally the formu-lation of anti-burns polypropylene is gained which has outstanding anti-burns performances and good mechanics performances. |
