膨胀型阻燃剂对聚丙烯性能的影响

摘    要:选用尼龙6(PA6)/聚磷酸铵(APP)/三聚氰胺(MEL)制成膨胀型阻燃剂,讨论了阻燃剂各组分对聚丙烯力学性能的影响;并对制得的阻燃聚丙烯进行了热重分析(GTA)和氧指数等其他阻燃性能的测试,最终获得具有一定阻燃性能、力学性能良好的膨胀型阻燃聚丙烯材料的配方。

Abstract:PA6/APP/MEL as intumescent flame retardants are selected. The effects of the anti-burns system on the mechanics performance of polypropylene are investigated. The gravitational thermal analysis and LOI and other flame retardant performance tests of the sample are processed. Finally the formu-lation of anti-burns polypropylene is gained which has outstanding anti-burns performances and good mechanics performances.
