基于故障树的立井箕斗钢丝绳断绳事故分析

摘    要:矿井提升钢丝绳是矿井提升系统最重要的组成部分,钢丝绳断绳,不但影响矿井生产,还危及矿井安全。应用可靠性设计中的故障树分析的方法,分析立井箕斗提升导致断绳的原因,提出预防断绳措施,将有助于提高立井箕斗提升系统的安全性,方法简洁适用,并附有应用实例。

Abstract:The hoisting steel rope is the most important composition of the hoisting system in mine.Rope-breaking not only affects the production of mining system,but also endangers mine safety.Applying the method of malfunction tree analysis in reliability design,the cause of rope-breaking in vertical mine skip hoisting system is analyzed,and measure preventing from rope-breaking is bring forward,which will help improving the security in vertical mine skip hoisting system.The method is simple and suitable for use,and the example of application is accompanied.
