摘    要:根据生理学及血液动力学知识提出了一种新的无创检测颅内压的数学模型 .该模型既考虑了脑血液循环又考虑了脑脊液循环 ,还包括了主要的影响颅内压的生物力学参数 ,像脑脊液动力学参数、颅内阻力参数和脑血液动力学参数等 ,这与客观实际是相符的 .在此模型的基础上列出状态方程 ,用MATLAB编程得出方程的解 .用SIM ULINK对模型进行仿真 ,将仿真结果与以往试验记录比较发现 ,两者是一致的 ,同时发现颅内压与颈动脉压成某种相关性 .这说明该模型是比较可靠的 .这为临床无创检测颅内压提供了一种辅助手段 .

Abstract:A novel mathematical model for noninvasive monitoring intracranial pressure based on physiology and hemodynamics is preseated. The circulation of the cerebral blood and the circulation of the cerebrospinal fluid are considered in this model. The model includes the main biomechanical factors assumed to affect intracranial pressure, particularly cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) dynamics, intracranial compliance, and cerebral hemodynamics, which is in accordance with the fact. We can list some state equations on the basis of the model, which can be solved using MATLAB. The model is simulated with SIMULINK. Comparison between the experimental recordings and simulated intracranial pressure signals shows that they are consistent and there is a correlation between the intracranial pressure and the arterial pressure, proving the validity of the model. This paper provides an assistant method for clinic noninvasive monitoring intracranial pressure.
