步进电机高速起停控制的DSP实现

摘    要:鉴于快门打开、关闭过程中频繁起停步进电机,并要求速度快、定位准确,提出了基于DSP的步进电机高速起停控制方法。讨论了步进电机加、减速控制技术,结合步进电机的矩频特性曲线,根据实际快门对步进电机速度响应的要求,提出了一种基于DSP的步进电机高速起停控制的数字化实现方法。实践证明,该方法实施简单,占用资源较少,并且有效克服了步进电机加速过程中容易出现的失步、堵转等问题,满足试验要求。

Abstract:According to the demand that frequently open and close of shutter,the step motor has to be started and stopped in a relative short time with precise position.A approach for controlling the velocity of the step motor based on DSP was introduced.Three ways of velocity control of step motor were raised.Based on the analysis of moment-frequency curve of the step motor and required speed of shutter,a method of velocity control of step motor based on DSP was raised.Due to the control approach,good results have been obtained during practical application.
